Willow Ranch

Willow Ranch, an ongoing project and new build is a huge project in which E-Si are responsible for the design and installation of heating, ventilation and sanitary ware.

The next steps on this project will involve a Ground Source Heat Pump installation, underfloor heating and grid connection.

Heat Recovery Ventilation Install

Once completed, E-Si will be responsible for installation of:

•Ground Source Heat Pump. Ground source panels (1 metre deep).
•500 Litre Hi-efficiency Hot Water tank.
•100mm Floor insulation.
•Underfloor Heating.
•Multi-zone controls.
•Heat Recovery Ventilation.
•Air circulation fans to downdraft vaulted ceilings for higher heating efficiency.
•Solar Photovoltaics, grid connected, roof integrated slates (largest in CI).
