By providing Technical Services to E-Si field engineers and clients.
The Tech cornerstone responsibilities are three-fold:
- Monitor and ensure hub field operations are technically correct and of a high quality.
- Ensure technical processes are adhered to from initial commencement of project to pre-commission stage, system commissioning, including the provision of schematics, instruction and training.
- Provide after-sales services to clients; call-out services; oversee and run the service, maintenance and 'jobbing' side of the business.
