Cheyne Walk
Cheyne Walk an ongoing project in which E-Si are responsible for all aspects of an extension build.
Our role is:
• Project manage the entire build.
• Oversee all architectual and building control design specifications and permissions and responsible for all sub contractors.
• Implement Renewable Energy installation and all aspects of hydronics and electrics.
Once completed E-Si will also of been responsible for the install of:
2x Ecodan Air Source Heat Pumps by Mitsubishi integrated with existing Solar Water Heating which will heat house Central Heating, Hot Water and Swimming Pool.
100mm Rockwool Cavity Wall Insulation.
Underfloor Heating.
Multi-zone controls.
100mm floor insulation.
All Lighting and Electrical Fittings.
100mm roof insulation with Alkorbright roof covering membrane reflecting light for summer efficiency keeping house cool.
